We were first introduced to Intuit for Education at the Jump$tart National Educators Conference in 2023 and were impressed with their commitment to education. Just like us, they focused on providing free resources that help students learn real world skills. In our interactions since then, it quickly became apparent that a partnership and collaboration would be a huge benefit to teachers across the U.S.
All New Entrepreneurship Course
Entrepreneurship has been a topic we’ve wanted to provide content on for a long time, and when we saw Intuit for Education’s QuickBooks simulation, we knew it would play a vital role in preparing students to enter into the entrepreneurial space. That is why we are happy to announce the new live and ready-to-use (and best of all completely FREE), Entrepreneurship course.
Entrepreneurship is a breakdown of three different activities, games, and simulations to touch on the most important steps of the entrepreneurial process: ideating, running a business, and using Intuit QuickBooks as practice for running reports and tracking business pay/expenses. With this range of experience-building, students will be better prepared for entrepreneurial endeavors in the future.
Why Intuit for Education Is Such a Great Resource to Include
Intuit for Education is a free and flexible financial literacy program that uses real-world tools to learn about finances and build financial confidence. Their unique approach to teaching with the use of real-world entrepreneurial tools such as Intuit QuickBooks is what sets them apart from other edtech platforms. That’s why partnering with them to create a well-rounded entrepreneurial course for students exploring business-building financial education was an easy decision for us.
Our Shared Stance on Student Privacy
Banzai and Intuit for Education are unified in our stance to protect student data and ensure the safety of every user that plays through our simulations, courses, and activities. We are both proud to be Student Privacy Pledge signatories and are transparent about how student data is safe through the use of our programs.
Shared Vision and Goals
Banzai and Intuit for Education share a deeply rooted commitment to financial education, making this partnership a natural fit. Both of us focus on creating a captivating, multimodal curriculum that emphasizes helping individuals to make informed financial decisions and achieve prosperity.
This partnership reflects our shared commitment to empowering individuals through education, recognizing it as the foundation for meaningful, lasting change. Banzai’s Curriculum Director, Nikole Rios, shared, “Our goal is to blend Banzai’s interactive learning experiences with Intuit’s real-world financial tools so that students can practice the skills they'd need for a small business in a way that feels authentic and impactful.”
Our shared collaboration is the reflection of our dedication to tear down barriers in the financial edtech space and provide the tools and resources that best help students gain critical financial skills early in life. By integrating interactive software and real-world simulations like Intuit QuickBooks, we’re not just teaching concepts—we’re preparing students to confidently navigate adulthood with practical, experience-driven knowledge.
Intuit’s VP of Corporate Responsibility and Intuit for Education, David Zasada, said:
"The Intuit for Education and Banzai partnership combines financial tools with hands-on learning. By integrating the Intuit for Education QuickBooks simulation into Banzai’s Entrepreneurship Course and Banzai’s Paying for College and Scholarship Games into Intuit for Education, we will provide educators [with] more engaging and practical activities to help students understand the financial foundations of entrepreneurship and plan for their future through college readiness, giving them the tools to build pathways to financial independence."
