Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Curriculum and Research Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to our Education team. In this role, you will help develop and maintain curriculum alignment sheets and archives, manage conference logistics, track relevant legislation, and generally strive to understand the direction of financial literacy in schools on a state level. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is passionate about supporting financial literacy education.

Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive curriculum alignment sheets that meet state and national standards for personal finance and digital citizenships.
- Develop proposals for landing pages tailored to individual states to support educators and schools.
- Maintain and enhance our existing Curriculum Standards database.
- Audit and suggest improvements to our content to better align with evolving standards.
- Stay up-to-date with state-specific legislation on student privacy, financial literacy mandates, personal finance, financial algebra, digital citizenship, and other relevant school policies.
- Identify legislative changes that could impact our products or present new opportunities.
- Analyze usage data to identify trends, investigate findings, and provide actionable insights.
- Identify and propose relevant financial literacy conferences for participation.
- Coordinate logistics, including registration, travel arrangements, presentation schedules, and promotional items.
- Develop an archive of financial literacy and digital citizenship organizations and coalitions
- Recommend content and curriculum updates based on state standards and identified needs.
- Support the Education team with current initiatives, such as Teacher Advisory Boards (TAB) and Professional Development (PD) programs.

Qualifications
- Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner and self-starter.
- Resourceful and adaptable.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
