Emporia State Federal Credit Union is informing the public about a new educational tool.
For the past five years, the Credit Union has steadily worked with local and area school districts to implement financial literacy education through a partnership with Banzai. Banzai is an award-winning online program and content library that allows users to practice their finance skills in a virtual setting.
This partnership has allowed the credit union to offer Banzai to students and educators free of charge. Recently the program was introduced locally at the educational level after being slowly integrated throughout local junior and senior highs over the past several years.

LeGault went on to say that they plan to continue growing access to the program in years to come and she is hopeful they will be able to offer it free of charge to every child in the local area at some point.
